utilized by support personnel to review, enter
and distribute the necessary data (detailed functionality
available upon request). This application provides
quick access to data for technicians to utilize
during their telephone conversations with clients
while also allowing for data updating. This updating
process, which is controlled via a User Admin
function also allows for automatic and instant
updating of the three distribution channels (FaxBack,
CD-ROM & Web Site)!
All Victory programs and applications utilize
our web service technologies providing our clients
with important advantages such as application
speed, scalability, security and remote access.
Additionally, future platform applications (such
as handhelds) currently under development will
utilize these standardized services. Clients can
